Thomas S. Harrison, Jr.

Mr. Thomas S. Harrison, Jr., 73, of Marietta, passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2011.

Tom was born in Atlanta on August 20, 1938 to Thomas Harrison, Sr. and Sunnee Harrison. He was a graduate of Grady High School and a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

He was a retired business owner. In prior years he was a talented water skier and roller skater, also enjoying snorkeling, scuba diving and camping. His hobbies included classic cars, trains and food.

Survivors include his daughter, Johnnie Belinda Mote of Villa Rica; sister, Sandra Cole of Atlanta; brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Jan Harrison of Dacula as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Susan Pappas.

His wishes were to be cremated. A burial of cremains service will be held at 2:30 pm, October 11, 2011 at Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, GA.
