Robert E. Gipe

Robert (Bob) Ernest Gipe, 78, passed away January 19, 2010. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Peters Gipe, and his five children, Tambri Medley, Sherri McAlister, Keith Gipe, Tony Gipe, and Heather Smith, and his mother, Lydia Gipe, of Owensboro, Kentucky. Also survived by two brothers and one sister, and his eight grandchildren. Mr. Gipe was an elder in the Rome East Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, and was employed at Home Depot in Rome. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, January 30, 2010 at the Rome East Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2527 Cedartown Hwy, Rome, GA.
