He was born in Hartford, Connecticut to the late Phillip Sr.and Daisy Tinsley.He is survived by his beloved wife, Catherine Thomas Tinsley of Austell and 1 son, 3 daughters, 1 step-daughter; sister, brother, 5grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
