Phyllis Teitsort

Phyllis Teitsort 60, of Dallas passed away at her residence on May 19, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. Phyllis was born in Douglasville on August 24, 1954. She was a member of Pine Ridge Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dwight Teitsort; her father and mother, Chester and Geneva Ellis of Douglasville; her brother, Johnny Ellis of Villa Rica and her sister, Janice Davis of Villa Rica.

She is survived by her children, two daughters, Stephanie (David) Garner of Powder Springs, Heather Anderson and her fiance', Don Goss of Dallas; One son, Stephen (Misty) Weaver of Dallas; six granddaughters, Lauren, Abby and Emily Garner, Brianna Anderson, Sydney and Emma Weaver; sisters, Jeanette (Bob) Warren of Villa Rica and Patricia (Edward) Thompson of Lithia Springs; brothers, Jerry (Donna) Ellis of Kennesaw, CJ (Patty) Ellis of Douglasville, and Joe Ellis of Rockmart. Several brother and sister in-laws, nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held in Pine Ridge Baptist Church 125 Pine Ridge Church Rd Dallas, GA on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 3 pm with Pastor Scott Thomas officiating.
