Paula Swanson

Paula Denise Swanson of Smyrna, Georgia passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2022, at age 67 from Covid. She was born on November 13, 1955 in Clovis, New Mexico. She was preceded in death by her wife, Barbara Casper; father, Paul Swanson; and stepfather, Isaac Johnson.

She is survived by her mother Betty Johnson; son, Jesse Waldrop; granddaughter, Piper Klein; siblings, Linda Edwards, Susan Pickens, Bruce Swanson, Mary Garner, Kelley Longdin, Ike Johnson, Pamela Jones, Jeptha Johnson and Tabatha Hamby; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was the most loving, kind, helpful, and lively person. She always had a huge infectious smile. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.

The family will be honoring Paula at her final resting place on Saturday, January 14, 2023, at 11am from Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery, 2000 Cobb Parkway SE, Marietta, GA. (In garden U across from the office).

Anyone wanting to send flowers, the cemetery requests them to be sent by Friday January 13, 2023.
