Martha Marie Jackson

Martha Marie Jackson, age 63 of Dallas, died May 23, 2015. She was born on July 8, 1951 in Atlanta, Georgia to Hattie Mae and James Elbert Prater. She was married to George E. Jackson of Dallas, daughters, Patricia Newton of Lithia Springs, Angela Christine Smith of Dallas; son, Edward Lamar Newton of Dallas; brothers, Bo Prater, Wayne Prater, Raymond (wife Jean) Praiter; and sister, Eva Wiley; 8 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Jerrie Lumpkin, Barbara Prater and brother, Steve Prater. A memorial service to celebrate her life was held on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Faith Christian Fellowship of South Cobb at 3:00 pm. Rev. Tommy Watt officiating.
