Eugene Allen Baggott

Eugene Allen Baggott passed away peacefully Friday April 25, 2014. "Gene" was preceded in death by his parents Oliver and Carolyn Baggott, his wife Charlene Baggott, and stepchildren Vicky Pachasa and Art Wilson.

He is survived by his brother James Baggott, his son Christopher Baggott, and his stepdaughters Amy Olla and Missy Doeschot. Gene was the proud grandfather of 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Gene proudly served his country in the United States Army from May 1956 to April 1958. Gene was employed as an Alameda County Sherriff for 30+ years and retired at the rank of sergeant. Gene was a humanitarian and donated consistently to several charities. Gene was an avid animal lover and always had a dog by his side. Gene was a longtime friend of Bill W. and left an impact on the rooms which he attended regularly.
