Elizabeth &Quot;Liz&Quot; Ann Strickland

Ms. Elizabeth "Liz" Ann Strickland, age 75, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away on February 9, 2017. Ms. Strickland was born in Chicago, Illinois to William & Elizabeth Maher. In her spare time, she volunteered at The Ark Animal Rescue in Huntsville, Alabama. She also enjoyed participating in various charity walks. She is preceded in death by her parents and a son, Mitchell Strickland. Ms. Strickland is survived by her son, Robert Strickland; two daughters, Loretta Smith and Margaret Strickland; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; siblings: Loretta Maclean, Noreen Hiltbruner, William Maher, and Virginia Buzzell.
