Donnette Mitchell, age 61 of Marietta died July 16, 2014 at Wellstar Community Hospice at Kennesaw Mountain. She was born on November 15, 1952 to the late James Preston Mitchell Jr. and Katherine Campbell Mitchell in Des Moines, Iowa.

She is lovingly survived by her sisters, Rose Sharon Gillespie of Johns Creek, Toni Marie Cropp of Austell, Jimmie Kay Shade of Iowa; several nieces and nephews."
